Benefits



Health (HSA Plan) – KRS pays 80% of cost for a single contract (effective one full month after start date).
Employees are entitled to make elective contributions into a tax deferred Health Savings Account.

Dental - KRS pays 70% of cost for a single contract (effective one full month after start date).

Life Insurance Policy - KRS pays 100% of cost for a single contract (effective three months after start date).

Long Term Disability Policy - KRS pays 100% of cost for a single contract (effective three months after start date).

401(k) Plan - KRS provides eligible employees with a 401(k) retirement plan, which will entitle you to make elective contributions of your compensation into a tax-deferred retirement account. KRS currently makes Safe Harbor contributions to participants' accounts equal to 3% of compensation.

Profit Sharing Plan – KRS also provides eligible employees with a profit sharing plan for which discretionary contributions are made.

Vacation/Sick/Personal Policy - Accrue up to three weeks of vacation/personal/sick time each year - 15 days (accrual begins after completing three months of employment).

Holidays - KRS observes 8 holidays throughout the year. All full time employees are eligible for paid holidays immediately upon hire.

Summer Hours - Employees may leave at 3pm on Friday’s beginning Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.

Continuing Professional Education / Professional Networking - KRS pays for employees to attend continuing professional education courses and networking/marketing events.

CPA Exam - Paid time off to sit for the CPA exam; in addition to in-office unassigned time which may be used for exam preparation.

Business Casual Dress Code - When in the office KRS observes a business casual dress code. Professional business attire is generally required for visits to clients and important meetings.

Firm Sponsored Outings - KRS sponsors various firm outings during the year including a Holiday Season Party and an After Busy Season event.

Employee Meals & Snacks - KRS provides meals (breakfast and lunch) on Saturday’s during busy season and at other various times including dinner if working late hours. In addition, snacks and beverages are always available.
