Company Overview
Our company is Federal Business Centers. We're a third generation family business, started by Frank Visceglia in 1938.
We offer business space for lease in Raritan Center®, including office space, flex space, and warehouse/distribution space.
We've been serving customers here since 1965. Our entire workforce is on-site, and our Rapid Response Service team is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Exceptional service is our passion, and our greatest reward is our relationship with each of our customers. As one of our colleagues likes to say, "Our business is really people, people, people."
The Interview Process:
Step One: Brief telephone interview with Human Resources (HR).
Step Two: Application, resume and transcript review, basic skills testing, writing samples, initial interviews, and
facility tour with HR.
Step Three: Interviews with HR, Team Leaders, and members of the team.
Step Four: Final interview(s) with team leader(s) and HR.
Step Five: Contingent offer of employment is subject to positive results from background and reference checks by
outside agencies, and a negative result on the drug screen at the post offer physical.
