We are hiring! We are a Wealth Management/CPA Firm in Central NJ looking to hire a Tax Senior. This position is ideal for someone with tax experience looking for better work-life balance. This is a position with potential for growth within the organization.
Responsibilities/Job Duties:
- Working very closely with clients, tax team, lead advisors, wealth management team, client services team, on a daily basis
- Preparing income tax returns
- Bookkeeping services
- Various ad hoc projects
- Daily communications with clients in person, over the phone, through email, etc.
Qualifications:
- CPA, CPA-candidate or EA, EA-candidate
- Bachelor Degree required with a focus in Accounting required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
- Must be able to work in a team setting
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have excellent organizational and time management skills as this position has a high amount of responsibilities
- This role is suited for someone looking to become an Enrolled Agent (EA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Experience in Lacerte tax software, TaxDome, and QuickBooks accounting software preferred.
